This Audio of me speaking at an Open Mic Evening in Shasta is an inspiration for those who are afraid of Public Speaking! I feel incredibly nervous when it comes to speaking to unfamiliar crowds (it is much easier giving a talk or sharing when people come specifically to hear you speak). And this speech was my attempt to break-through this fear. It felt absolutely amazing to do it!! Any small step you make towards embracing your fears of public speaking, or any fears really, is so very rewarding! Once you make the first step, the rest of the way is easy!
