Life Empowerment Coaching offers transformational holistic approach to helping you make those beautiful changes in your life and regain your confidence and strength!

I bring together deep inner Healing work, Meditative techniques and life-changing Coaching to help you connect with the answers that lie within you, remind you of your inner beauty and true strength, offering my Mentoring experience to support you through this journey of deep transformation.

Through series of sessions (generally ranging from 4 - 6), we journey together into the world of your heart and inner wisdom, gain clarity on steps to take, heal any limiting or blocking patterns and influences and unlock the power you hold deep within you. Working both psychologically and intuitively.

Holistic approach offers a great depth of understanding and deep inner healing, required to help you Rise into your Greatness. I support you through my loving presence, sharing of practices you can use daily to assist your progress outside the sessions and offer inspirations from my own life experiences.

Life Empowerment Coaching is recommended for:

Each session is 1,5 hr to allow ample time for exploration, healing and strengthening of your beautiful self! 

Weekly Healing Clinic is held on Sundays 12-5pm at London Natural Health Centre, 46 Theobalds Road, Holborn WC1X 8NW. Alternatively, Distant sessions are held over Skype at times arranged.
