I feel incredibly nervous when it comes to speaking to unfamiliar crowds (it is much easier giving a talk or sharing when people come specifically to hear you speak). And this speech was my attempt to break-through this fear. It felt absolutely amazing to do it!! Any small step you make towards embracing your fears of public speaking, or any fears really, is so very rewarding! |
