These don't have to be grand projects and big scale missions - the Smallest acts of kindness make a Real Difference by anchoring more love and care into the world.
Give up a seat on the tube for someone who needs it more, help a stranger with a heavy bag, say a word of support to your neighbour, stop by an animal shelter and give some love to the animals, or just gift someone with your genuine smile...

When, I'm in a park and if I see bits of rubbish left behind by carefree picnic-goers - I pick it up. And as I do it, I know somewhere on the planet someone is too showing an act of care for the environment. The vibration of kindness carries forward and touches many more hearts...

On Pictures: Hello from my new kitty friends Jersey and Coconut :) and the puppieees!! I stopped by an animal shelter today on my way home and spent some cuddly time with these cuties! Just a bit of my time invested and so much joy for them and myself. And the ripples of love went out far and wide... :)
