Vaz left Shasta last night going back to London to reunite with the soul family and bring back new beautiful work. I was left in the house alone. Even though I absolutely craved me time, I have been dreading the ‘moment of truth’ worrying I’d soon feel lonely, restless and bored in this small quiet town. An image of me gaining 20kg and barely fitting through the door way by the end of my stay here, from ‘curing’ my loneliness with sweets and cakes, crossed my mind quite a few times...
Today was officially my first day of 3 months on my own!

Wow, it's amazing how things work out in life...
Around this time last year I was visiting my friend in a small countryside village near Glastonbury.
